The pool area was really enjoyable, and the heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts, and the staff was kind and helpful. One other advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the main use areas.
The dinner menu was quite expensive and did not offer much flexibility. It was hard to justify spending so much money on food, especially with two kids who barely eat.

The hotel is perfect for a family skiing trip. Although not right on the slopes, the hotel manager bent over backwards to make access to the slopes as simple as possible. I went with the intention of trying local restaurants but after eating in the hotel the first night I just went full board - the food was hearty and delicious - just what you need when skiing. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every meal put in front of me. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel is very oriented towards families - so expect to encounter children. The staff appear to handle the children very well and keep them in order. One thing that does stick in my mind is the lovely strong coffee and how cheap it was - I consummed way too much. For drinkers, the wine was very good value for a hotel with a wide selection. If I go skiing again, this hotel or its local sister hotel will be my first port of call.
There is nothing about this hotel I didn't like, which did surprise me as I usually hate hotels. If I really had to gripe about something it would be the cost of soft drinks, but this is a universal problem rather than hotel specific.

Fantastic hotel run with passion. The staff go out of their way to help where ever and when ever they can. Food is good and wine list plentiful. Would always try to stay here when in the area.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful location by the little river, close to the center, and in a surprisingly compact area. the rooms were stylish and modern, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a walk-in rain shower. the service was impeccable, and the breakfast delicious. We loved the large warm swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and the kids' club was fantastic. Facilities like table tennis, table football, and pool tables were great for the boys.
Some of the drinks were overpriced compared to other places in the area, but that did not detract from the wonderful experience we had.

Pleasant staff.
Very cold wellness centre, not free sauna. Hotel needs renovation. There's no ski room.

We had the best stay at a hotel in Ponte Di Legno. The hotel is in a surprisingly compact area and we loved the location by the little river. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was great to take us to the skiing area, which was away from the main area of this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool that was lovely to come back to after a day on the mountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.

Spent a great weekend in an Italian mountain hotel - perfect for a ski trip. the rooms were spacious, and we had amazing views of the mountains. the staff were so friendly and helpful, always willing to provide us with advice on what to do around the area. We enjoyed the homemade pasta and great selection of wine. the hotel was in a great location, close to the ski lifts and town center. We also loved the fireplace in the lobby, which created a cozy atmosphere.
That the pool was a bit small and crowded, but that didn't really bother us since we were there for the skiing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend ski trip.

This place is a great choice for a family skiing holiday. The location close to the town center makes it very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they are friendly and helpful. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, are a great bonus and add to the relaxation after a day on the slopes. This hotel also offers room service, laundry service, and a ski pass vendor. I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to family and friends.
